W E L C O M E!
Welcome to Elaine J. Jones' website! I am so excited to kickoff the New Year with this first, of many to come, blogs. God has given me a charge and I am carrying out that charge to be an instrument of peace through my writing.
On this site you will find three of my published books, available for purchase. Also, monthly I will be posting a new blog for your viewing. May your life be enhanced and encouraged as you take this journey with me in 2018.
A few months ago, while I was going through a waiting period, to discover whether or not cancer was spreading through my body, a friend texted me a video of a song with words that brought tears to my eyes. But most importantly, the words gave me hope as I was on my way to my Oncologist to get the results from a MRI I had three weeks earlier. Just a little background:
One month before the scheduled MRI, the results of a breast biopsy indicated I had Padget's Disease--Cancer of the Breast. My surgeon suggested surgery as a precaution to the spread of the cancer. I decided to trust God and not have the surgery. (However, I would follow some scientific instructions that meant taking particulates and molecules.)
My children were less than happy with my decision, fearing the cancer would spread quickly and pose a greater threat to my life. In spite of their fears, I decided to wait three months before having any surgery. Meanwhile, I was using Symptometry's particulates and molecules as a scientific method to promote healing of my cells, while trusting God for healing. (More on Symptometry at another time.)
My pastor, church members, and many others were praying for my healing. The three months passed and the day for the MRI results is here. My older son and I waited for the doctor to give the results of the MRI. MY Oncologist reported, "ZERO STAGE of cancer! No cancer found anywhere else in my body.
However, by law Oncologists have to follow the plan that is a national standard procedure when cancer is diagnosed. This would involve surgery to remove the areola of my breast. My Oncologist made that clear to me. I opted NOT to have surgery and instead use a "every three months" follow-up plan to monitor the cancer's chances of reoccurring. My Oncologist agreed to that plan. ( I'm still believing God that the healing is permanent.)
Since that day, November 18, 2017, I have been using the words of the song my friend sent, as part of my prayers every morning. So, as we enter into a new year, many will make moves to new homes, new towns, make job changes, retire, or marry and make many other changes in their lives. Many will be told they have cancer or some other life changing disease.
With change being a constant factor in our lives, may we also remember that God is a constant in our lives. He is the same, today, tomorrow and forever. GOD IS STILL DOING WHAT GOD DOES...HEALING THE SICK!
With that thought in mind, there is good news and I want to share this prayer with all of you. GOD'S BLESSINGS UPON YOU IN THE NEW YEAR!
For those who have prayed a thousand prayers,
For Those who feel no one cares,
For those who are out there losing hope,
For those who are feeling forsaken and alone...
May your eyes be ever on the Lord, because, He is your helper:
May you find your refuge in the Lord, for He is your shelter.
May God give you eyes to see, He's still greater than ANYTHING!
May He give you Courage to rise and believe He's able.
May God be your peace in the fire you're walking through, and no matter where you make your home, or what diagnosis you may receive,
May you find Him closer than a brother all your days and may you trust in the Lord with all your heart...Forever!
"This is my prayer for you."
V'ibarak!! (God Bless)
Happy New Year!
